MobilityOne Completes Establishment of Dhaka Branch Office in Bangladesh

MobilityOne, a specialized company in integrated operation platforms for drones and robots, announced that it has successfully completed the establishment of its branch office in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on December 24. The new branch is located in Gulshan, the central business district of Dhaka.

Since January, MobilityOne has been actively advancing its Bangladesh business through a strategic partnership with CEGIS (Center for Environmental and Geographic Information Services), a state-owned enterprise in Bangladesh, by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for drone technology exchange and joint business development.

In July, MobilityOne and CEGIS jointly hosted a local flight demonstration for key officials from the Bangladesh Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Land, and other government agencies. The demonstration showcased efficient aerial surveying and GIS data acquisition through multi-operation of long-range VTOL drones.

The event featured a real-time flight mission demonstration for large-area, high-precision aerial surveying using MobilityOne’s proprietary drone and robot integrated operation platform, M1UCS. Notably, the Vice Minister of the Bangladesh Ministry of Environment personally operated and controlled the mission flight, demonstrating the platform’s intuitive interface and ease of use.

A MobilityOne representative stated,

“With the establishment of our Dhaka branch, we plan to accelerate the expansion of various drone- and GIS-based projects currently being promoted in Bangladesh, spanning public sector and industrial applications.”
