MobilityOne Successfully Delivers M1UCS Integrated Platform for Multi-Surface Robots and Drones to Masan Regional Office of Oceans and Fisheries

Commercialization milestone achieved through Large-Scale Convergence Robot Demonstration Project

MobilityOne, a specialized company in heterogeneous robot integrated operation platforms, announced that it successfully completed the delivery of its M1UCS (MobilityOne Unified Control System) to the Masan Regional Office of Oceans and Fisheries on November 20.

This delivery represents a key outcome of the Large-Scale Convergence Robot Demonstration Project, led by the Korea Institute for Robot Industry Advancement (KIRIA), which has been underway since 2024. Through this project, the M1UCS platform was further advanced and validated for real-world maritime applications.

The demonstration project has been carried out by a consortium consisting of Sheco Co., Ltd., Korea Electronics Technology Institute (KETI), the Masan Branch of the Korea Marine Environment Corporation (KOEM), and MobilityOne. In February, the consortium also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Gyeongsangnam-do Province to conduct field demonstrations of robotic systems developed for efficient marine floating debris collection.

The delivery to the Masan Regional Office of Oceans and Fisheries marks the first commercial application of MobilityOne’s M1UCS platform integrating unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) and drones into a single unified operational system. This achievement demonstrates the practical feasibility of multi-robot, multi-domain operations for marine environment management.

Building on this milestone, MobilityOne plans to actively expand its business both domestically and internationally, targeting marine environmental management, disaster response, smart ports, and other sectors requiring integrated operations of heterogeneous robots.
