MobilityOne Secures Strategic Investment from Alux — “Teaming Up with Korea’s Only Listed Drone Company for Global Expansion”
Strengthening Technology and Expanding New Businesses Toward Global Growth

Mobility One Co., Ltd. (CEO Hyunwook Ryu), a specialized company in integrated drone and robot control platforms, announced that it has secured a strategic investment from Alux Co., Ltd., Korea’s only publicly listed drone company, making Alux its second-largest shareholder.
This investment goes beyond simple funding, marking a turning point for technological advancement and new business expansion, while also reinforcing credibility and securing references in both domestic and global markets.
MobilityOne owns the nation’s only heterogeneous integrated control software, “M1UCS,” capable of operating diverse unmanned vehicles (UxV: Unmanned x Vehicle) including land, sea, air, and indoor/outdoor robots on a single platform. M1UCS enables real-time monitoring of drone and robot locations, mission execution, and video analysis across multi-communication environments such as LTE, RF, 5G, and satellite, making it highly applicable to both public and private sectors.
The investment by Alux signifies the first case where a listed drone company has officially recognized MobilityOne’s technology and growth potential. With the secured capital, MobilityOne plans to enhance simulation-based mission solutions, hybrid communication optimization, and industry-specific control apps.
Hyunwook Ryu, CEO of MobilityOne, emphasized, “This strategic investment from Alux means far more than just equity. By joining hands with Alux, a leader in Korea’s drone industry, we will strengthen technological reliability and provide more powerful integrated solutions to global clients.” He added, “With Alux’s hardware expertise and MobilityOne’s software focus, we will build a true ‘drone ecosystem platform.’”
MobilityOne has already accumulated track records through deliveries and operations of M1UCS at public institutions, including Jeju Provincial Police ITS Control Center and Gimcheon City Integrated Control Center. It has also demonstrated unique technologies in hybrid UxV systems such as drone + marine robot solutions for marine pollution response, quadruped robot facility inspection solutions, and integrated control for indoor/outdoor logistics robots. In particular, its “multi-drone swarm control technology,” capable of simultaneously operating five fixed-wing drones to cover over 100 km² per day, dramatically improves cost and efficiency compared to manned aircraft, with strong potential for digital twin–based spatial information projects.
Alux, listed on KOSDAQ in 2024, is Korea’s only publicly traded drone company, with production capacity of 500,000 units per year and recognized technical excellence, including CES Innovation Awards. With in-house flight control technology and global export performance, Alux seeks to leverage synergy with MobilityOne’s integrated control platform to diversify and advance markets. Alux will actively support MobilityOne’s commercialization of integrated UxV services in fields such as smart cities, public safety, industrial disaster prevention, logistics automation, and disaster monitoring, while also accelerating entry into North America, Japan, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
MobilityOne, meanwhile, aims to expand revenue streams through SaaS and on-premise licensing of M1UCS, alongside customized project outsourcing. This investment is expected to act as a catalyst for MobilityOne’s next stage of growth, enhancing technology internalization, market credibility, product sophistication, and financial stability. Through its strategic partnership with Alux, the company is poised to establish itself not only domestically but also globally as a “technology-driven integrated solution provider” in the drone and robotics platform industry.
