Mobility One Inc. Launches 'M1UCS' SaaS Service for Unified Control of Heterogeneous Drones and Robots

MobilityOne, led by CEO Hyun Wook Ryu, announced on the 2nd the development of an all-in-one platform called "M1UCS," which integrates and monitors heterogeneous drones and robots. The service has been launched in the form of SaaS (Software as a Service). The "M1UCS" SaaS service allows multiple types of drones and robots to be operated simultaneously through a single application. The company stated that this service reduces operational costs and enhances the efficiency of unmanned operations. The cloud-based service is compatible with various devices, including Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS.

The service is designed with remote operations beyond the visual line of sight in mind, focusing on LTE and 5G communication-based services. MobilityOne is currently running a launch promotion that supports various drone and robot devices, allowing users to access the service for a subscription fee of 100,000 KRW per month until the end of the year. Additionally, new users or companies are offered a free trial period.

MobilityOne also plans to release a terminal-installed service in October, which enables complex operations of heterogeneous drones and robots even in environments with limited internet access. This service is differentiated by its use of RF communication to directly interact with drone and robot devices, allowing multi-operation without the need for additional equipment beyond a USB hub.

A representative from MobilityOne mentioned that their "Flight Previewer" service, developed as a prototype within a digital twin environment, is also garnering interest. This service allows users to simulate flight performance based on wind direction and speed on a 3D map, checking for the presence of tall buildings or hazardous facilities in advance. The representative added that while similar products required expensive hardware, MobilityOne is the first to offer this as a cloud service based purely on algorithm-driven software.
